Phone: You can give us a call at our Head Office on 1800 577 310. Our phone line is open from 9 am to 4 pm AEDT. If you reach out outside of these hours, feel free to leave a message, and we'll return your call at our earliest convenience.

Do you ship internationally?

Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate international shipping to any destination outside of Australia. We appreciate your understanding and would like to clarify that, regardless of the willingness to cover shipping costs, we are currently unable to provide this service.

What do I do if my order has arrived wrong, something missing, wrong flavour, etc?

If your order has arrived with any discrepancies, such as the wrong items, missing items, or incorrect flavors, the most efficient way to address this is by sending an email to our administrative team at contact@eliteorganics.com.au. When reaching out, please provide your order number or your full name if the order number is unavailable.

Additionally, including photos of the incorrect items/flavours or any missing items, as well as images of the packaging and received products if something is absent, will greatly assist us in promptly resolving the issue. Providing comprehensive information in your initial email will expedite the resolution process.
